Fan Shunke first introduced the background and purpose of the summit forum. After years of development, China's construction aluminum profile industry has come to the forefront of the world, completing the transformation from small to large and from following to running in parallel. China's aluminum profile industry has begun to lead in some fields. China's aluminum profile can be seen everywhere in world-famous buildings. However, the problem also follows. In the follow-up phase, we only need to "lower our heads and pull the car" without distinguishing the direction. In the parallel and lead phases, we must have the ability to lead the development of the industry. On the other hand, the new era brings new opportunities as well as new challenges. How to realize the transformation of the industry from high-speed growth to high-quality development is a topic that the industry can only succeed but not fail. In order to thoroughly study the situation and challenges, give full play to the leading role of leading enterprises and promote high-quality development, the Processing Association specially organized the first China Construction Aluminum Industry Summit Forum. Zhang Jilin, vice-chairman and secretary-general of the Processing Association, and Zhang Wenfeng, co-founder and CEO of Huaxia Cornerstone Industrial Service Group, first made special reports on "Current Situation and Prospect of China's Aluminum Extrusion Industry" and "Restructuring Industrial Ecology by Business Partners", respectively introducing the development of China's aluminum extrusion industry and the important role and specific practice of business partner system in stimulating enterprise vitality and boosting enterprise development. The entrepreneurs attending the meeting had in-depth exchanges on the current development situation, the situation and challenges facing the industry and reached a broad consensus. The meeting held that: (1) the industrial development has reached a new crossroads, and it is necessary and timely to hold this summit forum. It is hoped that the summit forum can become a regular high-level exchange platform for leading construction aluminum enterprises in China; (2) At present, some enterprises in the construction aluminum profile industry have obvious competitive tendency to rely on project advance funds, reduce product prices and extend the payment cycle of customers, which has caused great difficulties to the healthy and sustainable development of the industry, and it is time to make changes. (3) The potential risk indexes such as finance, environment, safe production and product quality are continuously rising. Enterprises must take the prevention and resolution of various risks to a strategic level and take them seriously. The quality of powder, heat insulation strips and other auxiliary materials that affect the quality of building aluminum products must be strictly controlled. (4) Entrepreneurs should cultivate their feelings towards their country and assume social responsibilities. In particular, leading enterprises should strengthen communication and coordination, play an exemplary and leading role, jointly respond to industry challenges and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the industry. The meeting put forward four suggestions to the whole industry: (1) prudent investment to improve industrial concentration. At present, there is already excess capacity in the industry. In principle, in addition to appropriate investment in short-board areas, new capacity should be avoided and priority should be given to mergers and acquisitions of existing capacity. (2) Strengthen equipment upgrading and industrial transformation. To strengthen the upgrading of equipment, improve the level of automation and intelligence. Transformation to deep processing fields such as semi-finished products, large parts and end products; Transformation from aluminum producer to comprehensive solution supplier; From relying solely on the domestic market to basing itself on the domestic market and taking into account the international market. (three) to strengthen industry self-discipline. The whole industry, especially leading enterprises, should jointly resist all kinds of commercial acceptance bills issued in the name of enterprises or companies in sales transactions (no payment guarantee, there are significant risks), resist engineering advances, and resist excessively long payment cycles. Severely condemn showstopper, which disturbs the normal market order, resist vicious price competition below cost and jointly create a healthy market environment. (4) Adhere to high-quality development. We should attach great importance to the influence of powder coatings, heat insulation strips and other auxiliary materials on the final quality of aluminum products. Adhering to the bottom line that product quality will not decline and promoting the healthy and long-term development of the industry. The meeting also decided that the China Construction Aluminum Industry Summit Forum will be held every six months or so in the future, to be hosted by leading enterprises in the industry in turn.
